Fund Finance Associate
Our client is a well-established private credit investment firm who is looking for a Fund Finance Associate. This Associate will be focusing on loan operations, leverage facility management, trade execution, and treasury functions. As well as contributing to liquidity planning, funding strategies, and relationship management with financial institutions. The position offers broad exposure across investment and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee finance, leverage, and treasury activities across multiple investment vehicles
• Manage borrowing base calculations and banking relationships
• Support liquidity forecasting, trade execution, and capital budgeting
• Analyze portfolio data and assist with investor reporting
• Review compliance reporting and support valuation processes
Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of relevant experience in asset management, capital markets, or loan operations
• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance
• Familiarity with credit or direct lending
• Strong Excel and modeling skills; experience with portfolio management systems a plus
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
